Chicken update!!!!

The good news is, the girls have spent the past two nights out in the chicken house, successfully! John has been oh so helpful, he actually built the chicken house. Here he is framing everything up in the garage:

Here we are starting to assemble the house outside (all the pictures the kids took of me, were of my butt, so I won't include many of them, but I really was there, working!):

It still needs shingles for the roof, siding and/or painting on walls, trim, chicken (pop or poop) door, steps, end window, and nest boxes. And landscaping, but that will come with time. It is useable for now, the important thing is that the chicks are OUT OF MY BATHROOM.

The dimensions are 3 feet wide, by 10 feet long (the length of the back side of the tree fort), about 5'3 on the low side, about 5'6 on the high side.
